 Bookkeeper Job Executive Description:

  1. Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
  2. Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
  3. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
  4. Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements
  5. Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
  6. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  7. Maintain the chart of accounts
  8. Comply with regulatory reporting requirements

Bookkeeper Job Executive Requirements

  1. 1 years’ experience
  2. Minimum of Advanced LCCI or equivalent
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
  6. Salary will commiserate with level of experience
